“I first used DRC over 10 years ago. Now that my children own cars; all the family - 5 car owners, book DRC for repairs, servicing and MOT's for many years. We have had a consistently good customer experience. Work required is explained with itemised billing. Dave will go over and above to ensure that we are happy with service and will explain issues and options before proceeding with repairs when necessary. On odd occasions we have had to go elsewhere due to urgency and DRC being busy but always return as other garages haven't provided the same level of service and attention. We have learned to book services and MOT's in advance where possible to avoid disappointment.”
